The COAL Art and Environment Prize will reward the commitment of contemporary artists to current environmental issues. For this fourth edition of the COAL Prize, which focuses on the theme of Adaptation<\/em>, more than 200 artists from some 30 countries participated. The winning project, chosen from among ten nominated projects, will receive an award of 10,000 euros on April 2.<\/p>\n

Catalog COAL Awards 2013<\/a><\/p>\n

The Coal Art & Environment Prize ceremony will take place on April 2 at 6:30 pm at Le Laboratoire, Paris 1st.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The COAL Prize is placed under the high patronage of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy and the National Center for Plastic Arts. It is supported by the Yves Rocher Foundation and the Egis Group. The ceremony is organized in partnership with Le Laboratoire, H\u00e9donie and the New-York agency.<\/p>\n
