How can scientific research be enhanced by contemporary art projects? And how do artists and cultural institutions contribute to solving ecological and environmental issues? It is through an approach of the activist artist and his entourage (institutions, associations, researchers) that we try to understand and identify the role of ecological activism in art and in contemporary society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This conference is organized as part of a collaboration between students from the University of Paris 1 and students from the School of Arts of Cergy, as part of a series of conferences on the theme &#8220;Exposing Research in Art&#8221;, University of Paris 1 &#8211; M2 Sciences et techniques de l&#8217;exposition\/UMR ACTE\/\u00c9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure d&#8217;arts de Paris-Cergy<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With <strong>Lo\u00efc Fel<\/strong>, co-founder of the association COAL, a collective working on the joint issues of art and environment, and <strong>Jorge Orta<\/strong>, Argentinean multidisciplinary artist.<br \/>\nMeeting moderated by students<strong> Renata Bellanova, Pietro Della Giustina and Firouzeh Saghafi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organizers : SDC \/ Les cin\u00e9mas, S.
