The Ministry of Culture and Communication is organizing a day of meetings on Friday, March 10, on the occasion of the launch of its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, which will be held at the Palais de la Porte dorée. Lauranne Germond, director of COAL will speak at a round table on waste, reuse and circular economy in contemporary art.
This launch day will be dedicated to the sustainable development policy within the department, around a conference which will be punctuated by the interventions of Didiers Deschamps (Théâtre national de Chaillot)Marc Ceccaldi (DRAC PACA) or Monique Barnaroux and Olivier Lerude (Ministry of Culture, sustainable development mission).
A second segment will focus on design, reuse and recycling in cultural activities, a theme identified as an important issue in the MCC’s OSR Strategy.
Several speakers from the cultural world will come to speak, such as: Bellastock, a collective of young architects specializing in reuse or Lauranne Germond, Director of COAL, who will present the actions of its association, in particular in connection with the creation and the re-use in the field of the plastic arts.
The day will end with a presentation of sustainable development actions specifically focused on the cultural sector. Pierre Hivernat(director of the publication Alimentation générale), Sophie Delorme(France TV) and Étienne Bressoud(BVA Nudge Unit) will present their actions around this theme.
