Round table of the Sciences Po Prize for Contemporary Art

Round table of the Sciences Po Prize for Contemporary Art

On April 16, Joan Pronnier of COAL was invited to participate in the round table organized by the Sciences Po Prize for Contemporary Art on the occasion of its 10th edition, along with the Réserve des Arts and the two artists Dorian Cohen and Jérôme Grivel.

Theme of the meeting: art and ecology.

The Sciences Po Prize for Contemporary Art has been awarded every year since 2010 to two young emerging artists, under 35 years old, working in France. Its vocation is twofold: to promote young creation in an unconventional cultural venue and to bring together students and professionals from the cultural milieu around art.
Supported by numerous personalities from the art world and by the management of Sciences Po, this prize has become a reference in the artistic landscape, notably thanks to the quality of the works presented, the artists, the selection committee and an exceptional jury.
For this round table, intervened with COAL, the Reserve of Arts, non-profit association specialized in the reuse of materials for the professionals of the culture, as well as Jérôme Grivel and Dorian Cohen, two of the ten artists selected for this edition.
