On March 30th and 31st, the association COAL (coalition for art and sustainable development) organized and animated at the Museum of Natural History the first workshop “Art, ecology and sustainable development” gathering the main European actors and committed artists and about forty guests, professionals of art and sustainable development.
This workshop allowed to share the best European initiatives, to develop cross collaborations and to propose an action strategy on the theme in France. More than 15 concrete proposals came out of it (publication to come on the COAL website www.projetcoal.fr).
This event was funded by the French Ministry of Ecology and benefited from the partnership of the British Council and the Natural History Museum as well as Cultura 21 and Alternative Food and Beverage.
