TRAINING, CSR SUPPORT, PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS

COAL accompanies institutions in their ecological transition through its tailor-made consulting services, the organization of training courses and numerous professional workshops. At the origin of numerous professional workshops and analyses of the sector, COAL has developed a participative training methodology to initiate an ecological and solidarity-based transition process on the scale of a cultural establishment.
In collaboration with the Ministries of Ecology and Culture and within the framework of European cooperation programs, COAL is an active member of the Creative Europe: Art Climate Transition (ACT) and Creative Climate Leadership (CCL) networks to support the increase in competence of decision-makers in the cultural sector.
These connections between culture and ecology are now the subject of an international movement in which COAL participates as the first French actor.
