As part of the Ile-de-France Creative Industries action plan, co-financed by the IDF Region, the DIRECCTE IDF and European FEDER funds, a seminar and an exhibition for the general public are being organized from May 31 to June 3 at the Bellevilloise, Paris 20th. It reveals all the dynamics of sustainable development in the textile, clothing, furniture, lighting, jewelry and arts and crafts industries. The Ile-de-France Creative Industries have asked Coal to help them implement this event.
PROGRAM:
A SEMINAR OF EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCES AND GOOD PRACTICES
On May 31 , from 2:30 to 7:00 pm with two round tables, one dedicated to testimonies of creative companies engaged in an eco-design approach and the other to the points of view of experts (economist, philosopher…)

2:45 – 3:00 pm: Presentation of the action “to be part of a sustainable development approach” in the Ile-de-France Creative Industries program, by Henri Griffon, President of Codifab, and Yves Dubief, President of the ITU.
3:00 – 4:15 pm: 1st round table: towards a societal responsibility approach.

A FUN AND ARTISTIC EXHIBITION
From June 1 to 3, the Sas de la Bellevilloise is hosting an exhibition that highlights the challenges of eco-design for personal and household equipment.
Fresco on the life cycle of a piece of furniture and a piece of clothing and projection of the animation film “the life of a chair” by Camille Goujon.
Monumental installation of a cherry blossom tree “Sakura” made from recycled materials and “Up Cycling” workshop to create unique pieces, every day from 2pm to 6pm by Régis-R.
Broadcast of the documentary Wasteland, where Lucy Walker films the work of the artist Vik Muniz in the heart of the largest landfill in the world, at the gates of Rio.
Exhibition designed by Coal (Lauranne Germond and Audrey Bertounesque).
